Richard has over 15 years experience working with industry leaders and executives within corporate and commercial sectors, as both an Executive Coachand within high level Recruitment Services, having worked with leading Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 corporations, as well as numerous SMEs.
A highly experienced Coach, Trainer and Consultant Richard is considered an expert in motivation, personal performance, sales and career transition.
Helen Cash - Lead Associate

Helen is a UK leader in public services change. Her background in leadership within criminal justice, community development, housing and social inclusion has contributed to her career in driving forward solutions for effective services to the public. She is a leading UK expert in partnership, diversity and preventative approaches including crime reduction and community cohesion.
A recognised expert in delivering performance based consulting into the Public Sector Helen is known for her ability to create high performing teams.
Helen’s works include originating national models for working with risk and complexity for the Home Office, Health, Communities and Local Government. Her interests stem from her concern for the empowerment of people to enable them to aspire to a future that adds to their, and others, quality of life.
